Any Gap that is bigger than one inch should require a 25% surcharge on material plus labor.

Any Gap that is bigger than one inch and a half will require a 50% surcharge for material plus labor.

Any surface that have not been properly cleaned prior to us coming performing the work we will charge extra for performing extra cleanup as per rate of $50 per hour per person!

Any extra work would require extra charges being added as per rate of $50 per hour plus Material and overhead cost.

Any work that is not safe shall not be performed by our professionals and we will not risk our workers to do so at any type of build or level of construction!

We will not be working on a Machinery that is over 65 ft tall at the winds higher than 30 km an hour gusts over 40 km and Anybody caught working on our machine without the harness will be taken off machine and will never be allowed to use our machine again!

Any violence or verbal abuse towards our workers will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and or MOL requirement.

Every one of the workers at Number 1 Prime Contracting Inc… Does require to have every single safety paper on him like Working at Heights 4,5 Step MOL , WHIMS, if needed Bowsuns chair and elevating work platform or Suspended Access required license! Any work requiring any other types of license shall be performed by qualified professionals and or our team members will have to get specified training to perform work!

Any schedule changes would require at least 24 to 48 hour notice for small repairs and up to one week prior if it’s a major repair or a major project!

No alcohol drugs or any illegal softer substance allowed within our company at work or on the Jobsites. Period!

No horse playing while operating the machine

No cell phone use while driving the machine or any other equipment on the jobsite.

Any project schedule is based upon good weather and adequate condition on site . Shall condition of weather or conditions on jobsite ( other trades not making it on time and there of holding you back, MOL Closure, any delay), our time of completion will be delayed accordingly!

Any insulation for firestop greater than 4 inch in width will be subject to 30 % Material plus time.
